Neutrino experiments as dark state detectors

Verfügbares Masterarbeitsprojekt

Supervisor: Josef Pradler

The project will consider the sensitivity of current and proposed future neutrino detectors as probes for physics beyond the Standard Model below the GeV-mass scale. By considering various origins of fluxes - naturally occuring or terrestrially produced - bounds on the existence of such particles will be placed in the mass vs. coupling parameter space. The obtained limits will be put into the broader context of cosmology, astrophysics, and complementary laboratory searches.
